Saad is the founder of the Restart team, bringing a wealth of expertise in recovery coaching and mental health support. He is a certified nutrition specialist through ISSA, a personal trainer, and a professional recovery coach trained by the Net Institute. Saad also holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. With this extensive background, Saad integrates his knowledge of mental health, physical fitness, and nutrition to provide holistic and personalized support for individuals overcoming addiction. His approach emphasizes practical recovery tools, a focus on resilience, and a balanced, sustainable path to wellness.

Let me open my heart to tell you my story.
